12V Solar Battery Maintainer 5.5W:
The Solar Battery Maintainer is used with 12V batteries to help to manage battery drain in all seasons. It can be used in cars or any other application with 12V batteries. Batteries naturally drain power (especially in cold conditions) and if they are allowed to go flat, they may never regain their full power. The Solar Battery Maintainer helps to prevent that from happening.

As long as there is sufficient sunlight, the maintainer will produce an electric current to trickle charge your battery.  The maintainer will not over-charge or damage the battery. A blocking diode ensures that the charger cannot flatten your battery.

PLEASE NOTE: Batteries depleted beyond 80% cannot be fully recharged and completely dead batteries will not charge at all!

*This product is not designed to re-charge a fully discharged battery.
