Wind Speed Indicator: This Wind Speed Indicator is an easy way to accurately monitor both wind speed and wind direction.  It comes complete with a vane (which is connected to the indicator by 50 feet of flexible tubing) and all necessary mounting hardware, fluid and instructions. Wind speed data is displayed on a clearly visible scale, and the orientation of the vane indicates wind direction. The Wind Speed Indicator is fully pneumatic. Wind pressure causes fluid levels in the device to rise or fall in accordance with changes in wind speed and the scale displays the wind speed which corresponds to the fluid levels.
