What is a photoeye?
What is a photoeye?
Solution
A photoeye is a small electrical component that acts as a switch in relation to light cast on it. If light is cast on it it opens the circuit not allowing power to travel from the battery source to the device thats using the batterys power (a light for example). If no light is present on the photoeye it closes the circuit allowing power to flow from the battery source to the device using it.
