Cool Have a Fun Afternoon with Educational Solar Kits

Have a Fun Afternoon with Educational Solar Kits

I have a great ideal for a fun afternoon or weekend project for you, the kids, and the entire family – Educational Solar Kits. And, aside from having a great time for a couple of hours building, and even more hours playing with your creations, educational solar kits teach children, and adults about electric and motor work, as well instill a sense of green, ecologically friendly living.

Silicon Solar seems to have the widest variety of educational solar kits online – more than a dozen are available directly from their website – and there were more than a few that really caught my eye as being incredibly fun and educational at the same time – these include:

·RC Solar Car Kit – a great race car that moves along under the power of the sun, and takes less than an hour to fully assemble according to product description
·Solar Circuit Kit – a great solar kit that uses the included solar panels and wiring to charge an included battery – a great way to teach youngsters about the properties of electricity and how it works
·DEMO Solar Kit – a great solar kit that uses a solar panel to spin the included motor. The kit includes propellers and flashy toys that really accentuate the spinning motor – making this a great toy for kids of all ages

These solar educational kits, and the dozens of others available from Silicon Solar are great projects for the home or the classroom, and are even fun for Boy Scout, Girl Scout, 4-H and other Youth Groups looking to give their children a head start on doing something good for the environment.

Each kit includes a solar panel or solar cells, and all of the wires and connectors that are needed for hours of fun during assembly and play.

If you would like more information on these educational solar kits, you can find pages of them at Silicon Solar’s website – www.siliconsolar.com.
