Reverse Diode 1A

Reverse Diodes: Solar Panels and batteries can be damaged or drained by energy traveling backwards from the batteries into the solar panel. Installing reverse blocking diodes helps to prevent this from happening. Reverse Diodes from Silicon Solar are a specifically designed semi-conductor which allow energy to be transmitted in only one direction, from the solar panel into the battery.

Reverse Diodes are rated for up to 3amps and should only be installed by individuals that have experience in building electronic devices. Please select from the 2 sizes available in the drop down box in the options menu.
