The EnviroLight X Solar Billboard Lighting Kits are the perfect cost-effective alternative to traditional grid-supported billboard lighting systems. This Low Insolation Kit is built specifically for use in climates climates with low sunlight insulation (sunlight intensity), short days, and cold temperatures during the winter months. The EnviroLight X is manufactured by Silicon Solar Inc and it is designed to fully light a single sided billboard up to 30′ wide. It is important that an EnviroLight Billboard Lighting Specialist assist you in picking which kit will work best for you due to the amount of variables that need to be considered.
This EnviroLight kit comes with an unrivaled Warranty that includes 20 year coverage on the solar panel, 5 years on the power box, and 1 year on the battery.
Design Method:
- Charging and storage systems designed around insulation hours on shortest day of the year (Dec 21st)
- Light operation designed for 8 hours of operation per night (can be increased during spring and summer months)
- Power storage and charging system designed for 3 days (14 hours) of operation with no sun exposure
- Uses solar panels to determine night/day (even on cloudy days panels produce power. This power is not enough to constitute as charging time but it is enough to not turn lights on)
