In many locations, particularly remote ones, it can be very expensive to add utility-grid electrical power and sometimes climate and terrain make it impossible to do so.

Silicon Solar offers an ideal solution to this energy problem, in the form of our RemoteMaxx Cabin Solar Kits. These kits come standard with most of the hardware and components that you need to start installing and saving money the day you recieve your system.

The RemoteMaxx 440W DC Includes:

• High-efficiency solar panel(s)
• 35 Amp charge controller
• 1220 Ah battery backup bank
• Professional roof flush mounting hardware
• Battery interconnects
• Combiner box and fuses
• DC disconnect

The 440W DC RemoteMaxx Cabin Solar Kit requires approximately 39 Sq Ft of south-facing roof space for installation with the standard Roof Flush Mounting Hardware. Other mounting options include tilt mounting hardware for your roof or the ground or our Top-of-Pole Mounting Hardware Kits. The RemoteMaxx 440W DC is capable of providing power for many of your everyday necessities including lights, small televisions, radios, computers, and other small appliances for a limited amount of time. Generally, the RemoteMaxx 440W DC Cabin Solar Kit produces 12.4 kwh of power per week. This is based on a 4 hour daily charging window, and your results may vary depending on your solar insolation levels, weather patterns, shading, collector tilt, and other factors.
